Because fresh water is critical to all forms of life, WWF was seeking to protect fresh water sources around the globe. Only 3% of the earth’s surface water is fresh water; of that, only 1% is potable. Considering that it takes 250 liters of water to make just 1 liter of Coca-Cola, the beverage giant understood that they had an opportunity and an obligation to lend a hand. Green Team helped unite two global icons – WWF and Coca-Cola – to preserve 10 critical fresh water sources around the globe, and developed a creative platform to create awareness and action: Life Flows On.
